ABOUT THE PRESENTER

George Gericke, AUICM, LIB (SA), has been involved in credit management in South Africa virtually all his career.

He has held positions as a credit manager in banking, trade and agriculture. He was collections manager and a credit manager for a major bank and international charge card company.

He has also held a part-time position as a senior lecturer at Credit Management Education Associates, the then training arm of the Institute of Credit Management in South Africa, where he lectured to students studying for the Diploma Course.

As a senior credit training officer for a bank he has successfully imparted the skill of Credit Management to thousands of students and employees.

He is also a past Examiner / Tutor of Credit Management studies at the Technikon SA, and WITS, also author of the Acclaimed Prescribed Book.
