Link tables from simsdata.mdb database to sims200e.mde

1. Open a SIMS by holding down the shift key
2. To link tables, on the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click Link Tables. 
3. In the Import (or Link) dialog box, in the Files Of Type box, 
   make sure that Microsoft Access (*.mdb;*.adp;*.mdw;*.mda;*.mde;*.ade) is selected.
4. Click the arrow to the right of the Look In box, select the drive of the  datasims folder where the simsdata.mdb is 
   located, and then double-click the database's icon. 
5. In the Import Objects dialog box, click each table that you want to link. 
6. Click ok
7. Selected tables will now be displayed with a black arrow next to them.

Refreshing links(When the database was moved from one server to anaother)

1. Open SIMS holding down the shift key
2. Goto Tools
3. Database Utillities
4. Linked table Manager
5. Click Select all
6. Tick alway prompt for new location at botom of screen
7. Click OK 
8. Choose drive and path of datasims\simsdata.mdb
9. Message will appear to tell you that the links was successfully refreshed
10. Once the screen returns to tables close MS Access
11. Linking is now completed
